We understand that plans change. Please review our policy regarding modifications and cancellations:

• Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to info@capetravapp.com at least 7 days before departure to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
• Late Cancellations: Requests made below 7 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
• Pricing Notice: Please note that your total price is subject to change due to fluctuations in flight pricing until the booking is officially ticketed. If a significant increase occurs, we will notify you immediately to offer you the choice to pay the difference.

• Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change due to flight cost volatility until your booking is officially ticketed. If a significant increase occurs, we will notify you immediately; you may then pay the difference or cancel for a full refund of any deposits paid.
• Itinerary Changes: Requested changes to your booking may incur an administrative fee, plus any fare differences charged by providers.

Group Rate & Booking Terms

• Special Group Pricing: Rates provided for group bookings are contingent upon maintaining a minimum number of travelers as specified in your package details. Should the total number of confirmed travelers fall below this minimum, there will be an adjustment in the per-person rate to reflect individual pricing or to modify the itinerary services accordingly.
• Payment & Liability: All group participants are responsible for their individual deposits and final payments. Failure of any group member to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of their individual spot or, in certain instances, impact the group's eligibility for the negotiated rate.
• Flight & Service Consolidation: While group flights are booked to ensure travel together, they are subject to airline group fare regulations. These fares often carry stricter change and cancellation policies than individual tickets. Any deviations from the group itinerary requested by a participant will be treated as an individual booking and may be subject to additional fees.
