    Morning Session (08:30 - 12:30): Delegate check-in, badge collection, and opening remarks under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan. Keynote presentations on designing future-focused curricula and active learning strategies.

    Afternoon Session (14:00 - 17:00): Parallel paper presentation tracks covering AI in digital contexts, inclusive curriculum models, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and academic integrity frameworks.

    Full Day Activity: Guided cultural tour of historic landmarks, heritage sites, and educational hubs across Al Ain City for all registered conference delegates.

  • Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to info@capetravapp.com at least 14 days before departure to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made below 14 days of departure are non-refundable. 
  • Pricing Notice: Please note that your total price is subject to change due to fluctuations in flight pricing until the booking is officially ticketed. If a significant increase occurs, we will notify you immediately to offer you the choice to pay the difference.
