  • Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to info@capetravapp.com at least 14 days before departure to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made below 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
