Nyege Nyege is East Africa's premier international festival, bringing together hundreds of underground electronic musicians, live instrumentalists, contemporary visual artists, and cultural creators from across the African continent and the diaspora. Set near the historic Source of the River Nile in Jinja, this 8-day Nov 17 - Nov 25, 2026  travel expedition combines vibrant multi-stage musical performances, cultural immersion, nightlife, and scenic Nile boat cruises.

  • Kampala City Tour, Cultural Markets, & Pre-Festival Warm-Up

    Description:

    • Morning breakfast at the hotel followed by a short guided exploration of Kampala's arts and crafts markets.
    • Briefing on festival zones, wristband accreditation pickup, and scenic drive toward Jinja.

  • Official Nyege Nyege Festival Days & Night Performances

    Description:

    • Full daily access to all festival stages featuring live international and pan-African music, DJ sets, dance performances, and art installations.
    • Daytime relaxation by the Nile and evening access to festival headline shows.

  • Source of the Nile Boat Cruise & Jinja Adventure Day

    Description:

    • Morning boat cruise to the iconic Source of the River Nile.

We understand that plans change. Please review our policy regarding modifications and cancellations:

  • Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to info@capetravapp.com at least 14 days before departure to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made below 14 days of departure are non-refundable. 
  • Pricing Notice: Please note that your total price is subject to change due to fluctuations in flight pricing until the booking is officially ticketed. If a significant increase occurs, we will notify you immediately to offer you the choice to pay the difference.

  • Code of Conduct:
    Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the experience, especially during official fair activities.
  • Health and Travel Insurance:
    It is mandatory for participants to have valid travel and health insurance during the entire duration of the trip.
  • Changes by the Organizer:
    The organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or program due to operational needs or circumstances beyond control.
