Things to keep in mind

Travel package cancellations usually incur penalties based on notice time:

  • 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non‑refundable fees/ticket costs)
  • 14–30 days before: ~50% refund (or future travel credit)
  • <14 days before: No refund; package is non‑refundable

  • Deposit & Payment: Full payment must be made before departure.
  • Travel Docs: A valid passport, Morocco visa, AFCON match ticket, and Fan ID (via Yalla App) are required.
  • Stadium Access: Security checks apply. Items like alcohol, fireworks, sharp objects, and oversized bags are not allowed.
  • Conduct: Respect Moroccan laws, culture, and group members. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
  • Health & Safety: Travel insurance is mandatory. Travelers must meet any current health entry requirements.
  • Changes & Cancellations: Match schedules and itineraries may change. Refunds apply only for the face value of canceled tickets.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or missed services outside the package.

    • Visa Requirements: It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the visa requirements for the Morocco visa application based on their passport nationality. 
    • Health & Safety: Morocco is a very safe country for tourists. Standard precautions against petty theft (e.g.,watch your belongings in crowded areas) are advised.
    • Currency: The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). It is a closed currency, meaning you can only obtain it within Morocco. ATMs are widely available.
    • Language: The official languages are Arabic and Amazigh (Berber). French is widely spoken, and English is common in tourist areas.
