Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Full refund (minus 5% admin fee) for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund for 15–29 days, 25% for 7–14 days. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows. Force majeure cases will be reviewed individually. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

  It is mandatory for participants to have valid travel and health insurance during the entire duration of the trip.
